help with steam config

im moving from nox (im new using it ) to use steam but i got 2 problems 
in the setup for steam say  change config to 1280×720 (“SteamsteamappscommonYu-Gi-Oh! Duel Linksdlpc_setting.cfg”) , already did it , but happn what show in the picture

and the second problem is i dont  understand,this part “set newNpc in your settings.ini to 1″ ,where in setting should i put it? because there a big list of things there

You are trying to use the emulator version of Duelit for Steam, download the steam version from the downloads area, then you will also find the newNpc in your settings.ini
