That could be caused by a lot of different things, probably some firewall/antivirus issue, you may wanna deactivate all that stuff and try again.
Other than that i would let steam scan the game for corrupt files or reinstall Duel Links

I try to deactivate the antivirus and firewall and I have uninstalled and installedthe game, but it do the same process, it close itself duelit and the game
