What motherboard / laptop do you have? It’s often in ‘advanced chipset settings” or ‘advanced CPU settings’ under ‘VT-x’, ‘AMD-V’ or ‘virtualization tech’, the names often vary across different systems.

Also check your antivirus, a lot of third party anti-virus’ block VT-x, there’s usually an option in there to turn this ‘protection’ off or disable it for a single program like NOX.

@rulon, interesting that a speedtest in NOX is the same as the host, but duellinks still has trouble… If you go to task manager while the update is struggling is there anything in there showing heavy CPU and/or disk usage? Perhaps the anti-virus’ resident shield is interfering with NOX…
